About Your Breeder

My name is Kelcie, and I live in West River, Maryland, with my children and fur-babies. We live on a beautiful Cut Ur Own Christmas Tree farm.
I have been a Cavalier King Charles breeder since 2019, and it is a true passion. I am fortunate to have received a badge from Merritt on GoodDog as a responsible breeder. I have also been featured and recognized as Maryland's #2 Cavalier Breeder.

My first Cavalier love was Mia Mae. She was a fantastic puppy and an even better adult. She is so sweet, loving, loya,l and adores our kids. Mia really made me fall in love with the Cavalier breed, and I am forever thankful! Mia is now retired and is looking forward to being a "Grammie."

Mia's baby, Teddy, is a male Cavapoo (cavalier x poodle), and he is just like his name - an absolute Teddy bear! He loves his humans and is the perfect stud to add to my program. But most importantly, he is a puzzle piece for our family.

I welcomed Ruby Mae to my breeding program in September 2023. Ruby is a - you guessed it - a Ruby Cavalier King Charles! She is my active breeding female, producing absolutely stunning puppies with excellent dispositions..

All of our dogs are a part of our family. They eat with us, sleep with us, lie on the couches, go for car rides, and everything in between. A dog is forever, not a temporary love.

Our litters are hand-raised by my children and me. When you add a CK Cavaliers puppy to your family, you are receiving a healthy and happy puppy. The ONLY time my puppies are contained in a crate is when we are on our way to the vet for their vaccines. Other than that, they have vast play areas that introduce new experiences and stimulate their senses. These things include tunnels, hanging toys, and soundscapes introducing a variety of noises. While the puppies hear these soundscapes for the first time, I am there to comfort them so they form a positive association. Almost every family member I have will text me and laugh about their dog, which is the only dog they know that doesn't flinch during a storm, rain, bath, blow dryer, or anything related.
I introduce my puppies to Early Neurological Stimulation. When performed correctly, ENS is believed to impact the neurological system by kicking it into action earlier than would usually be expected, resulting in increased capacity that later helps improve its performance, according to Breeding Better Dogs.
They receive an enormous amount of love, attention, and handling to ensure sweet dispositions as adults.
I welcome my approved families to visit with their puppies when they can. Bonding with your puppy before they go home with you is so important! Approved families are invited to a private Facebook group for their specific litter. I personally post from pregnancy to when they go home to you! I love sharing what your puppy is doing every day. This way, you can watch as your puppy grows day to day until they go home with you! When my puppies go home, I always send a Puppy Home Bag and provide essentials: vet/vaccine information, a folder with your puppy's photo, current food, one treat, essential information when bringing your puppy home, and what to expect, a blanket, and a stuffed animal that has Mama's & their littermates' scent. Every litter, I give special gifts to the families and switch it up. I leave it to you to pick out the collar, leash, food bowl, and other fun things!
