I UNDERSTAND that my puppy will go home between 10-12 weeks old.

I UNDERSTAND I understand puppies are not shipped and must be picked up directly in West River, Maryland.

I UNDERSTAND that if my application is accepted, I will be notified by email and am expected to schedule a Phone Consultation.

I UNDERSTAND if I am approved, I am expected to place a $500 deposit that will be applied to the final price of $4k+.
