Service Description
It's time for the next step in your puppy journey with CK Cavaliers. How exciting! Please select a day and time for your phone consultation. What To Expect: - Phone call or video call. Please ensure all adults who will help care for the puppy are present for the call, so everyone can participate in the discussion. - Duration: 30 minutes to 1 hour. Learn about Kelcie, CK Cavaliers, and ask any questions you have about our program. We will ask about you, your family, and your lifestyle to ensure a good fit. What To Expect After: CK Cavaliers will email you after your consultation. If approved, you’ll get an invoice for your puppy's $500 deposit. (deposit goes towards your final purchase price) You’ll get an invoice receipt and Welcome Guide to the CK Cavaliers Family by email!
Cancellation Policy
A phone consultation is the first step, but it does not guarantee approval for a puppy. After our conversation, we will review your application and notify you by email regarding approval. If approved, you will receive an invoice for a $500 deposit, which will be applied to the final price. Please submit your deposit within 24 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your approval will remain valid, but your place in the puppy selection order will be moved back. Puppy selection is determined by the order in which deposits are received to ensure fairness. Once your deposit is received, we will send you a Welcome Guide to the CK Cavaliers Family.
