"We bought our dear little Koda from Kelcie, and from start to finish we had an amazing experience! She was very informative, patient with my check-ins and questions, engaging, professional, and by the end of the process I felt as if we were family!! You could tell from the initial interaction that Kelcie has a true love for her Cavaliers and their puppies. We received pictures and updates a few times a week while mommy was pregnant. She even posted videos and pictures of the puppies' birth. She was very open and was promptly responsive to any questions we had. Kelcie kept us informed of his development with pictures, videos & FaceTime calls. On our day of pickup, our puppy was ready with the cutest and most thoughtful care package. We received a happy, healthy, well-socialized, and clearly in the process of training 10-week-old male!
